1. About Medialogic

Medialogic Computer Trading LLCis a technology distribution company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the authorized reseller and distributor of Lumion software products for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC region.

2. Ordering & Purchasing

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our online store at shop.medialogicdubai.com or directly with our sales team are subject to acceptance by Medialogic. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) or USD as displayed at time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable UAE rate will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

2.3 Payment

Full payment is required before license keys or software access is provided. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

2.4 Invoicing

A VAT-compliant tax invoice will be issued for all purchases. Invoices are sent to the registered email address provided at time of purchase.

3. Software Licenses

3.1 License Types

Lumion software is sold as a subscription license (annual or multi-year). License types include Named-User and Floating licenses, as described on our Pricing page. The specific terms of each license type are governed by Lumion's EULA.

3.2 License Activation

Upon successful payment, Medialogic will provide license activation details via email within one (1) business day. License keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered licensee.

3.3 License Restrictions

You may not sublicense, resell, share, or transfer your Lumion license to any third party without prior written consent from Medialogic and Act-3D B.V. Unauthorized use or distribution of license keys may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

3.4 Renewals

Subscription licenses must be renewed before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access. Medialogic will send renewal reminders by email. We are not responsible for any interruption in service resulting from a failure to renew on time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software licenses, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or software access has been granted. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• A technical fault confirmed by Lumion's support team that cannot be resolved.
• Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@medialogicdubai.com within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Support & Services

Medialogic provides first-line technical support, onboarding, and account management for all customers in the UAE and GCC region. Support is available in English and Arabic during UAE business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GST).

For software-specific technical issues beyond Medialogic's scope, we will escalate directly to Lumion's global support team on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All Lumion software, branding, and associated intellectual property is owned by Act-3D B.V. Medialogic operates as an authorized distributor only and does not claim ownership of any Lumion software or trademarks. All content on lumion3d.ae is the property of Medialogic Computer Trading LLCunless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Medialogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Lumion software. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable license.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to These Terms

Medialogic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
